Excitement for Apple WWDC 2020! HEIC? iPads as development machines before ARM Macs are released?

I love talking about WWDC before the event. This year will be interesting. I make a number of bold predictions and ask a number of bold questions about HEIC use in the browser, ARM Macs, and video APIs.

I'm sure Apple will both entertain and educate us. It will be like being in one of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine's cellular regeneration and entertainment chambers. I want my cells to be entertained! Tim Cook! Hear my demands!!!
