I haven't even wished everyone a happy new year (btw, happy new year). Maintaining communication with your customers, your clients, or even the whole world is tough for a small business, even though everyone agrees it's important to do. It's hard for me too. But when we work together, at least we take the time to talk about it, learn about it, and maybe work on it together. And things are better then, however else we may feel about the task.
